Shipping Policy

All our products are made to order. We want your items to arrive as fresh as possible - for this reason, we ship weekly and most orders are sent within 5-10 business days. Larger wholesale orders may take longer, but a date/timeline will be  provided when order is submitted. All orders over $100 in Ontario are subject to free shipping.

Local porch pick up is usually available at our home everyday from 10am to 10pm. Please wait for a confirmation to be sent via email that your order is ready to be picked up - This usually takes, on average takes 5-10 business days. Once your email is received, your order will be packaged with your name labelled inside our pick up bin on the front porch - (you do not need too schedule a time or knock/ring). Orders not picked up within 30 days of first confirmation will be voided - no refund will be given. If you need to come before or after these times please send us an email and we can accommodate you accordingly. All pick ups are recorded via home security and we expect our customers to only take their order(s) that are clearly labelled.

Due to the nature of our products we do not except returns or exchanges however if there is an issue with your order please reach out via email.
